Working prototype

Within 2 weeks, we deliver a working AI agent or automation pipeline scoped to the bottleneck we identified. Your team can evaluate it against the success metrics defined during discovery.

PHASE 03

Production Validation

Real-world testing

Your team tests the sprint output against real data. Together, we measure results against the agreed success criteria and identify any changes needed before production.

PHASE 04

Enterprise Handoff

Deployment, training and support

We deploy your system to production and equip your team with documentation, training and operational runbooks. Ongoing support covers security, monitoring and maintenance.
