Discovery

Identify the bottleneck

We spend the first 2 days embedded with your team — mapping your current workflows, identifying the highest-value automation target, and defining success metrics before a single line of code is written.

PHASE 02

Discovery Sprint

Working prototype

Within 2 weeks, we deliver a working AI agent or automation pipeline scoped to the bottleneck we identified. You own the evaluation agreement. IP stays with Nexgen until the commercial transition.

PHASE 03

Production Validation

Real-world testing

You run the Discovery Sprint output against real data for a defined acceptance period. We measure against the pre-agreed KPIs. If the metrics pass, the conversion clause in the evaluation agreement activates automatically.

PHASE 04

Enterprise Handoff

Paid SLA & DevSecOps

The MSA triggers, the first retainer invoice is issued, and your system moves to production. We provide DevSecOps, SLA guarantees, and upskilling for your team — you're never dependent on us.
